Enhanced Feedback Module

Current Release:  3.0.6 RC for DNN 3.0.13 +

Upgrades over the DNN core standard feedback module are:

1. Full Edit Control
2. Programmable Field Width
3. Programmable Body Text Length
4. Programmable Field Defaults
5. Will not allow sending of message without editing body. (Added to provide some small security against someone filling your mailbox by just repeatedly punching the send button.)
6. Can be set to only allow logged in users to submit feedback while allowing all users to view the module.
7. When login is required it can also be set to disallow the user from editing the email and from fields to force them to use the entries in their user data.
8. Subject can be turned into a drop down list so that only preprogrammed subjects can be selected.  (Very advantageous if you want to filter your inbox based on Subject.)
9. If using the drop down list you can now reorder the entries. (Version:2.05)
10. "Skinny" option was added to allow stacking labels above their fields. (Version: 2.05)
11. Ability to cc the user a copy of his message.
12. Tooltips for the Edit Page.
13. Alternate text for all view control labels and button text.
14. Alternate Text for all view control status messages.
15. Rudimentary Email Validation. (2.0.8)
16. Added option of emailing client information (2.0.9)
17. This help file and an online help file.
18. Added optional Subject Prefix per Michele's request.
19. Fully DNN 3.x Compatible, including import/export module.
